Terms of Service

By creating an account on VibeFit, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. VibeFit is operated as a Malaysian sole proprietorship; in these Terms, "we", "us", and "VibeFit" refer to the operator.

VibeFit is a web-based exercise-break and fitness coaching service. We provide:

• Webcam-based rep counting and form scoring.
• A workout recommendation engine.
• A coin and buddy progression system.
• Optional Pro features (premium voices, LLM-powered debriefs).

VibeFit is not a medical device, a physiotherapist, or a doctor. The form scores and routine recommendations are general fitness guidance, not personalised medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have any pre-existing condition, injury, or concern.

You exercise at your own risk. We are not responsible for injury, strain, or other harm arising from following any routine surfaced in the product.

• You must be at least 13 years old to sign up.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One account per person. No sharing or resale.
• You may close your account at any time from your profile page.

• Pro is billed monthly (RM 25) or annually (RM 250) in Malaysian Ringgit via Stripe.
• Pro features are documented on the billing page.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time via the customer portal linked from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

In-app coins and buddy XP have no real-world cash value. They are awarded for in-app behaviour, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be exchanged for real money. We may adjust the earn rates, cap, and catalogue at any time. We may zero out a user's coin balance if we detect abuse (multi-account farming, automated scripts, etc.).

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
• Use bots or automated scripts to trigger coin earn paths.
• Resell, lease, or sublicense any part of the service.
• Upload illegal, harmful, or harassing content via your profile.
• Attempt to overwhelm the service (denial of service).

The VibeFit name, logo, exercise library, and UI are ours. The open-source source code is published under the MIT license; the MIT license applies only to the code, not to the trademarks, brand, or production data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, especially Section 7. We will refund any unused portion of a Pro subscription on a pro-rata basis unless the termination is for abuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of VibeFit is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email at the address on file at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
